Email: Nicole@RichCPM.com Nicole has 20 years experience in all aspects of residential and commercial property and is co-owner of Socal Acquisitions LLC, which focuses on investment and development opportunities, including limited partnerships involved in development of single family homes, and rehabilitation of condominiums and various projects. She also has over nine years experience as a property supervisor and ten years as a resident manager. As a bank foreclosure supervisor in the early nineties, Nicole oversaw foreclosure portfolio of over 200 homes per month. Nicole has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, from California State University, Northridge. |

Daniel is associate attorney for Dennis P. Block and Associates for the last eight years has specialized in landlord tenant law in the greater Los Angeles area. Familiar with corporation formation, LLC’s and partnerships, rent control and housing rights. Property Supervisor for over five years for Conrad Baker & Associates, where he oversaw a portfolio of investor and bank owned units between 300 and 350 units at any one time. Prior to that worked for Western Federal Savings & Loan Commercial REO Department and oversaw multi-family projects from Indio to Oakland California. Resident manager for over ten years and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in business with emphasis in Finance from California State University, Northridge. |
